Order Processing Time
Each piece is made and prepared with care. Processing time takes 4–10 days, depending on demand and product availability.
Shipping Time
- Within Kuwait: We offer Kuwait-wide delivery for all areas with fast local shipping.
- International Shipping: Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Shipping Process
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped as quickly as possible to ensure it reaches you within the expected time.
For international orders, once the order is prepared and shipped, we will send you a tracking link via Aramex so you can follow your shipment easily until it arrives.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

- We currently do not offer any alterations after delivery.
